Commercial property developer and investor Kingsbridge Estates has appointed Polymedia, specialists in strategic PR, to lead its marketing and media relations strategy, supporting the business’s ambition of becoming the leading commercial property developer in the South.
Kingsbridge, with head offices in Chichester, works across the South of England and specialises in acquiring sites for the development of high-quality commercial schemes, often working with equity partners.
Polymedia has been working with Kingsbridge on a project basis for more than a year to support individual developments with marketing materials and media relations.
We are pleased to have put the relationship on a strategic footing, supporting current and future developments as well as helping to grow the company’s overall profile.
Kingsbridge Estates has several large developments in progress, including the refurbishment and repositioning of a prominent office building at Charlotte Place, Southampton; a major distribution centre planned for the Pfizer site at New Lane, Havant; an industrial/warehouse scheme at Concorde Park, Segensworth; and an industrial scheme at Spring Park, Havant.
