Polymedia has been appointed to lead a consumer-focused public relations campaign for Festival Place, Basingstoke – one of the largest shopping and leisure destinations in the UK.

The appointment, the result of success in a competitive pitch process, sees Polymedia support the Festival Place team through a sustained online, print and digital consumer campaign.

The campaign centres around the family appeal of the centre, which houses more than 140 big brand stores including Debenhams, Next, Marks & Spencer, Apple, H&M, Zara and New Look alongside 20 eateries and leisure attractions such as a 10-screen Vue cinema and Flip Out trampoline park.

Jo Kedward, Managing Director at Polymedia, said: “We are delighted with this significant client win, and to be working with such a high-profile centre which is justifiably proud to host so many big names in retail and leisure.

“Festival Place’s positive, friendly and personal outlook chimes perfectly with Polymedia’s own sense of fun and creativity, and we are looking forward to exciting times ahead as we work together.”
