The phrase “Survive, Reset, Thrive” is used to refer to the stages of businesses in dealing with a crisis. Many organisations will now be in the “Reset” phase – a crucial time to review, make changes and plan ahead.

Lots of these considerations will be HR-related, including safely returning teams to the workplace, bringing staff back from furlough, changed ways of working and dealing with flexible working requests.

We worked closely with team at Reality HR to devise Reality HR: RESET – a three-month PR strategy designed to help businesses through this period while demonstrating the expertise of the team. It begins with a free, downloadable, 10-point guide for businesses which is available from the Reality HR website and continues with a schedule of content through the Reality HR blog, LinkedIn, Twitter and media.

RESET is one of a number of ways in which we have supported Reality HR in planned, cross-platform communications over the past two years. These include content-driven campaigns on topics from staff wellbeing to flexible working, factsheets, guides, social media and media coverage in the regional and specialist press.
