When the luxury New Forest hotel The Montagu Arms brought in a talented new head chef to its award-winning Terrace restaurant, they tasked us with getting the message out to as many people as possible.

Matthew Whitfield joined The Terrace from the three-Michelin-star Eleven Madison Park in New York – a previous No1 on the World’s Best Restaurant list.

We soon managed to secure screen tests for both the Great British Menu and Saturday Kitchen – two of the most popular cooking shows in the UK – and news of Matthew’s appointment was covered by some of the industry’s best-known trade publications.

We also used our extensive contacts list to secure review visits and features from journalists from a selection of national and regional newspapers and lifestyle magazines, including Marie Claire, The Telegraph and The Daily Mail.
