The basis of a journalist's invitation to review the hotel and spa was developed to meet more of the client’s commercial objectives and KPIs.

It had a direct appeal to target audiences​, raising awareness, increasing engagement and positioning a lesser-known brand as intelligent, modern and informed. It supported targeted SEO which in turn directly impacted bookings. Finally, it was a peg for media and influencers, even for those who were unable to take up the package.
