We’re looking for someone to support our PR and design consultancy team as an administrator+.

The role includes:

Organising meetings, managing the office, handling admin, acting as a PA, scheduling social media posts, creating blog posts, liaising with clients and journalists, organising, researching, compiling reports (making coffee!) etc.

GCSE C/7 is a minimum requirement for English and Maths and you must be confident with IT and proficient in the core Microsoft applications Word, PPT, Excel. We need someone who is organised, proactive, hard-working and upbeat and who has an eye for detail, spelling and grammar! 

Knowledge of social media and possibly design, photo or video skills would also be a bonus but definitely not essential.

All that said, the role is varied, working within a team which is lively, fun - and exceptional at what we do. As a result, if you’re bright, positive and friendly, then we can train you so you have the skills to fit the role. 

Salary will be dependent on suitability for this evolving post which has the potential for development. 9 – 5:30. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. Fareham-based.
