The 1.1m sq ft Basingstoke shopping centre – one of the top 20 in the UK – transported shoppers into a magical fairy tale world with colourful characters, choirs, bands – even a festive passenger train.
Following the launch day, there were further surprises in store to delight shoppers throughout November and December.
Empty units were creatively used to boost the Christmassy feel and engagement with shoppers in the lead up to the big day, including a pop-up panto, Santa’s grotto and a floral wreath workshop.
