Brand identity takes housebuilder to next level

For 17 years, Isle of Wight-based Captiva Homes has successfully built quality homes on a personal, local scale, priding itself on creating great developments with a firm focus on excellence in design, materials, craftsmanship and customer service.

As it prepared to step up a level with a large development of more than 400 homes in Ryde, Captiva engaged Polymedia to develop a new brand identity, website and marketing materials to reflect its objectives and stature.

Our team worked closely with Captiva to develop its brand messaging and values and to create a new logo and colour palette. This was followed by an attractive new website with informative content and high-quality images, designed to resonate with the local community and deliver the company’s key messages to a wider audience.

Polymedia wrote, designed and printed newsletters to connect with the local community, and made carefully-planned media announcements ahead of public consultation meetings.
