    To support public consultation for a new holiday park

    Overview
    Polymedia was engaged to handle the communications strategy for Forest Holidays’ planning application for a new holiday park on a sensitive site in Hampshire.

    A key part of the campaign was to dispel myths and rumours about the plans and engage with all the key stakeholders using a range of communication tools. As well as holding public exhibitions, one-to-one meetings and producing extensive literature to update everyone of the latest plans, Polymedia provide a press office facility for a first point of contact for the media.

    The development has now been approved and the project team agreed that creative delivery of information had minimised level of objection.
