For three decades we've worked extensively in the built environment sector developing strategies and delivering campaigns for just about every kind of client and scenario.
Strategic, integrated campaigns have achieved a host of client objectives from: increased sales to securing planning permission; attracting investment to developing stakeholder engagement; tender and framework support to handling sustainability issues. And, of course, with this high-risk sector, we have worked extensively on planning, training and handling sensitive incidents which may make or break a business.
The sector faces unique challenges from the boosted power wielded locally, to the ever-frustrating planning constraints and the need to unlock land. We know and understand those challenges and have the expertise to communicate through them to support commercial objectives.
One of the most complex and sensitive infrastructure projects Hampshire has undertaken in the last two decades was managed by Polymedia. The successful consultation and development of the county's household waste infrastructure was handled in partnership with Veolia, Hampshire County Council and every local and unitary authority in a contract spanning more than ten years.
Our planning team has worked on projects for clients as varied as retailer and crematorium developer Southern Co-operatives, holiday village developer Forest Holidays and Basingstoke Football Club. We handled the stakeholder engagement for the IKEA store in Southampton through the build and opening and helped Bouygues get on a key school-building framework.
For more than a decade, we consulted with former majority Linden shareholder Gerard Price and the Bargate Homes Board, taking it from a start-up business to securing its multi-million-pound investment.
